Out of sight does not mean forgotten. We all hold memories of people we love who have died and were a big part of our lives.
Once a year, we remember them in a special service where the Ministers read out the names of our loved ones who have died. As the names are read, a family or friend will come forward and place a symbol or photograph of their loved one on the Tree of Remembrance or light a candle.
It is not a sad service but one where we are all comforted by warm memories of laughter, love and joy together.
